The Magnifico Bride
                   Tier 3 Package – Partial Planning - starting at $1,800

This level of service is designed for the couple that wants to handle most or all of the details, but would like to have a consultant available to assist them throughout the planning process.  They would also like to save time and the hassle of locating and researching qualified vendors that match their style and budget.

Pre-Wedding Day Services

  • Provide Professional Vendor List:  Venue, Photographer, DJ, Baker, Florist, & much more!
Four (4) Meetings with the Bride & Groom:
  • 1st meeting- Discuss wedding details and timeline
  • 2nd meeting-Discuss menu and room set up with the catering representative
  • 3rd meeting- Design consultation at our studio to help create the perfect décor (floral, linens, etc.)
  • 4th meeting- Finalize all details two-weeks prior to your wedding
  • Put together a list of local accommodations for your guests
  • Create a wedding calendar to keep you on track throughout the planning
  • Create wedding day timeline, which will be provided to vendors
  • Create one (1) complimentary Wedding Design Package Proposal
  • Create Digital Room Schematic for venue layout (with purchase of Design Package)
  • One (1) week prior to your wedding day, contact and confirm itinerary with vendors
  • Organize the rehearsal ceremony (1 hour)

Wedding Day Services
  • Provide 2 Event Coordinators to assist
  • Box up all of your personal items, (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, and gifts, etc.)
  • On-site Ceremony and Reception Management
  • Coordination beginning to end of event (5 hours)
