Unlimited E-mails and Phone Consultations
- Create a Budget Guideline for each vendor and category
- Assist in finding the perfect locations for your ceremony, reception and rehearsal dinner
- Schedule appointments with preferred vendors- Venue, Photographer, DJ, Baker, Florist and more!
- Attend ALL initial vendor meetings with the client
- Facilitate in negotiating prices, packages and contracts with vendors
- Review the menu and room set up with caterer or sales representative
- Assist you in creating a personal ceremony (i.e. vows, sand ceremony, special readings and music)
- Negotiate discounted hotel group room blocks for you and your guests
- Create one (1) complimentary Wedding Design Package Proposal
- Create Digital Room Schematic for venue layout (with purchase of Design Package)
- Create a wedding calendar to keep you on track throughout the planning
- Create a wedding day timeline, which will be provided to vendors
- One (1) week prior to your wedding day, contact vendors and confirm itinerary
- Organize the rehearsal ceremony
- Accompany you to the rehearsal dinner to ensure a relaxing and wonderful experience
Wedding Day Service
- Provide (2) additional Event Coordinators to assist
- Work side by side with your vendors to ensure they are providing you with the ultimate service
- Box up all personal items (i.e. champagne glasses, cake knife, and gifts)
- On-site Ceremony and Reception Management
- Coordination from beginning to end (max. 10 hours)
